General Factory & Business Terms

Q: What is your MOQ for private label (OEM) orders?

A:
Custom Logo: MOQ 20 units ($20 logo setup cost).
Custom Packaging: MOQ 500 units for custom gift box, user manual, and protective case.
ODM Orders: MOQ 1,000 units for custom housing molds and custom packaging.

Q: What are your production lead times?

A: Sample delivery takes 3 to 7 working days. Bulk mass production takes 25 to 35 days after artwork approval and deposit confirmation.

Q: What factory certifications and quality standards do you have?

A: Our Chongqing manufacturing plant is ISO 9001 certified. We produce 400,000 units annually with a defect rate under 1%. Every unit passes strict aging tests, drop testing, and optical calibration before dispatch.

Q: What export certificates do your products carry?

A: All units are certified under CE, FCC, IEC 60825-1, FDA (FDA 2877, Class 1 Eye Safe), and RoHS compliance. Rechargeable battery products include valid UN38.3 and MSDS reports for safe air and sea shipping.

Q: What is your warranty policy, and how do you handle defective units?

A: We provide a 1-year (or 2-year) factory warranty on all products. If any unit exhibits manufacturing defects under normal use, we supply free replacement components or replace full units in your next bulk shipment.

Q: Do you supply spare parts for local repairs?

A: Yes. We can include a 1% to 2% spare parts kit (such as battery modules, casing covers, and optical lenses) with your bulk order for quick local servicing.

Q: Can we get a functional sample with our custom logo before placing a mass order?

A: Yes. We provide pre-production samples. Standard neutral samples ship within 3 to 5 days, while customized logo/packaging samples take 7 to 10 days for evaluation.

Q: What payment terms and trade terms (Incoterms) do you accept?

A: We support standard B2B payment terms: 30% T/T deposit and 70% balance before shipment (or against B/L copy). We support EXW, FOB (Shenzhen/Guangzhou/Chongqing), and DDP door-to-door shipping terms.

Q: Can you ship lithium battery products smoothly by air or sea?

A: Yes. Our built-in rechargeable battery packs have valid UN38.3, MSDS, and battery drop test certificates, allowing smooth customs clearance and shipping by air or ocean freight.

Q: Can we sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before sharing our custom designs?

A: Absolutely. We routinely sign NDAs before receiving custom 3D drawings, UI designs, or proprietary software code to protect your brand's intellectual property.

Golf Rangefinder OEM/ODM FAQ

Q: Do you offer full ODM services for golf rangefinders, and how long does development take?

A: Yes, we provide full ODM development. We accept custom housing designs, custom LCD/OLED optics displays, and PCB circuit engineering. A complete ODM project typically takes a 3 to 4 month development cycle from concept to tooling and working samples.

Q: Is the slope function tournament legal?

A: Yes. We offer models with an external physical slope switch or a clear on-screen indicator to comply with USGA and R&A tournament rules.

Q: What display options do you offer for rangefinders?

A: We supply standard black/red LCD displays, dual-color red/green OLED displays with adjustable brightness for low-light conditions, and advanced PDLC technology which can switch seamlessly between red and black readouts.

Q: What is the maximum measuring range and flag-lock distance?

A: Our rangefinders measure reflective targets up to 1,200 to 1,500 yards, with fast pin-locking and vibration feedback up to 350 to 450 yards.

Q: What custom features can we change on the rangefinder?

A: We customize rubber grip colors, plastic housing finishes, built-in N52 magnetic strip strength, startup screen logos, custom hard-shell carry cases, and retail packaging.

Q: What is the waterproof level?

A: Standard models are IPX5 water-resistant, making them fully protected and operational in heavy rain.

Q: Do your rangefinders infringe on any major brand patents?

A: No. All optical structures, housing shapes, and algorithms are developed in-house or cleared through strict patent checks to prevent patent infringement risks in North America and Europe.

Golf Launch Monitor Solutions FAQ

Q: Do you support ODM customization for golf launch monitors, and what is the lead time?

A: Yes. We offer flexible ODM options including custom housing designs, screen type selection (OLED or LCD), screen size adjustments, custom UI layouts, and branded mobile apps. The typical development cycle runs 1 to 2 months.

Q: What tracking technology does your Golf Launch Monitor use, and is it portable?

A: Our Golf Launch Monitor uses precision Doppler radar tracking technology instead of complex overhead optical cameras. It requires no fixed ceiling installation or indoor mounting brackets. The unit is compact, lightweight, battery-powered, and designed for easy portable use anywhere-simply place it behind the ball at an outdoor driving range, a backyard net, or an indoor practice bay.

Q: Does your launch monitor require a paid monthly software subscription?

A: No. We provide hardware with direct data output. We do not lock buyers or end-users into forced recurring subscription fees.

Q: What is the difference between your Single-Radar and Multi-Radar models?

A:
Single-Radar: Tracks club speed, ball speed, smash factor, carry distance, and total distance. Best for portable outdoor range practice.
Multi-Radar: Adds launch angle, launch direction, spin rate, and spin axis. Best for indoor simulator bays, teaching studios, and fitting setups.

Q: Do you provide an open SDK or API for third-party software integration?

A: Yes. We provide open SDK and communication protocols (Bluetooth / Wi-Fi) to connect raw radar data directly to third-party simulation software (such as GSPro or E6 Connect) and custom mobile apps.

Q: What space is required for indoor setup?

A: The unit sits 6 to 8 feet behind the tee, requiring at least 8 to 10 feet of ball flight to the net or screen for accurate spin and speed readings.

Q: Can we rebrand the mobile app and onboard screen UI?

A: Yes. We can modify the onboard screen graphic layout and provide white-label app source code or UI skinning to match your brand colors and logo.

Q: How can we test the radar and optical accuracy before mass production?

A: We provide live test demo videos, optical lab test reports, and sample SDK integration tools so your software team can verify data accuracy directly.
